Heavenly Peanut Butter Buttercreme

A couple of months ago I attended a baby shower for my good friend Melissa and I had the absolute best cupcakes I have ever had, they were heavenly. It was a chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter buttercreme frosting. I seriously wanted to stuff my face with cupcakes. My friend Kym made the cupcakes and she was kind enough to share her recipe with me.

Peanut Butter Buttercreme Frosting
2 sticks unsalted butter cut in 1 inch pieces, softened
1 16oz jar marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoon milk

1. Add all of the ingredients into a mixer on low speed and mix together until light and creamy.

That's it, quick and easy! Since this recipe uses butter you will need to refrigerate the frosting if it is made ahead of time. It will harden in the refrigerator so make sure you remove it a couple of hours before you will frost your cupcakes to get the frosting to room temperature.

Look at how yummy this looks! I just want to eat a big spoonful of it right now.
