Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

I am a big fan of hard boiled eggs, especially in salads, but I have always had such a hard time making them. I always seem to over cook them because I'm afraid they are still raw. My friend told me her secret to making perfect hard boiled eggs every time and I decided to try it out. I was beyond amazed at how easy it is and how quickly they were ready.

Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

1. Place your eggs in a small saucepan and fill it with water making sure the eggs are completely covered.

2. Using medium-high heat bring them to a boil.

3. Turn the heat off and cover the saucepan for 15 minutes.

4. Drain the water and fill the pan with cold water. Wait until the eggs are completely cool before you begin peeling them.
