Holiday Decorating with Scraps

I finally finished the items I wanted to enter in the Zozobug Baby Holiday Scrap Challenge. I decided to make a Christmas tree and a Christmas wreath. Since the fabric isn't Christmas themed I plan on using these decorations all year round in my house. The tree is made out of ruffles and the wreath is made from fabric roses.

I really LOVE this tree and I am going to make one more since I have enough materials. Now that I am looking at this picture I see that it is a little dark so I think I need to go back in and fix that in Photoshop before the contest ends. I'm so glad I caught that!

Now I personally am not a fan of wreaths, not sure why but they don't really appeal to me. I decided to go ahead and make one anyway and I love how it turned out. I was going to put a bow on it but decided against it. My daughter decided to use the wreath as a purse, weird right? I really wanted to get these tutorials up this week but my daughter is sick so I haven't had very much free time, or sleep!
