A Gift for my Husband

I had to wrap my husbands gift and I wanted to add a more personal touch than the usual store bought paper. I have been keeping all of my daughter's paintings because I can't stand to throw them out, they all are masterpieces to me, so I decided to use one of her drawings to wrap his gift. I used a Mickey Mouse paint chip for the card because I have a huge stack thanks to my daughter's hoarding.

I bought the giant paint pad at Target and the paper is thicker than normal so it made excellent wrapping paper. For the card I removed the Mickey Mouse from the chip card, it just peels right off, and I used my hole puncher to make hole in the ear.

I am so happy that I was able to add a personal touch to his gift and that my daughter was able to participate as well. I think I am going to use the rest of her paintings to wrap this years Christmas gifts. On a side note I have been trying to take better pictures, I hope you can see an improvement. If you have any books or articles you can recommend on taking better pictures please send them my way, I would really appreciate it.
