One of the resolutions I made this year was to be healthier. Well this week I decided to make good on my resolution and start working out.
I have been using the Jillian Michaels: Shred it with Weights and it has been kicking my butt. It's a circuit training video, I heard circuit training gives good results, and it's only 25 minutes long so I can usually fit it into my schedule. The only problem is I have been so sore that I haven't had the energy to get any crafts done besides my coasters. I am hoping next week will go better because my new sewing machine just arrived. HOORAY!
