Update: Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights

I have been working out to the Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights video for 1 week now and I wanted to give you all an update.

Originally I had planned on working out everyday for a month but sometimes life happens so this first week I only worked out 5 times. I haven't lost any weight but I have noticed a big difference in my shape. My abs are starting to get some definition and aren't just a round blob anymore. I also noticed a dramatic reduction in the cellulite in my backside. I haven't been dieting at all, I have been eating whatever I want and I think that is the main reason I haven't lost any weight. Next week I plan to stick to a stricter diet in the hopes of losing some pounds.
